From his unhappy school days and the death of his father to his time as a cavalry officer in India and the Sudan, and his experiences as a war correspondent in the Second Boer War and his election to Parliament at the age of 26, the key moments of Churchill’s young life are all seen through the eyes of the young politician-to-be.
